It's easy to create a tunnel for a proxy with putty. You have to install putty first. Then configure a tunnel with connection -> SSH -> Tunnels  (see following screenshots). This will tunnel the local port 3128 with ssh to the remote host port 3128. Now port 3128 is the standard squid proxy.

and now enter the dyndns name of your proxy host as target host and save eveything in a profile 'proxytunnel'. If you create link on Windows with following contents you can easily create the tunnel with a double click: "C:\Rrogramm Files\PuTTY\putty.exe" -load proxytunnel. 

If you want to use the tunnel for socks you have to define port 1080 as dynamic port andthe putty config has to be
